15 dkg caster sugar 3 eggs 20 dkg butter cocoa

Mix all ingredients together

Use a small spoon to make balls and place on greased paper or greased and lined baking sheet – dry (140-150°C)15-20 min. Cut the cake wafers into rounds according to the size of the snorers.

Fuse the wafers and snorers together with a little cream. Before joining, the bottom of the snorers can be lightly soaked in rum. Drizzle with chocolate.

Cream: Cook the eggs and cocoa over steam to a thick cream. Stir the butter into the cooled cream. *cream can be prepared according to your taste
