150 g butter biscuits 90 g butter
Filling
500 g soft cottage cheese 200 g sour cream 1 egg 160 g caster sugar a few drops vanilla extract 1 tbsp plain flour 70 g peanut butter
Ganache
100 ml whipped cream 100 g dark chocolate

A delicious cheesecake inspired by the famous peanut bar.

Corpus: Grind the butter cookies in a food processor and add the melted butter. Then place the mixture evenly on the bottom of the tin. Use a 24 cm mould and place baking paper on the bottom (bottom only).

Prepare the filling by putting all the ingredients in a larger bowl and mixing with a hand mixer. Spread evenly over the crust and bake in a preheated oven at 150-160°C for about 35 minutes. Keep an eye on it during baking and when the edges take on a golden colour, it is baked.

After baking, leave it in the open oven for about an hour to prevent it from cracking. Then take it out, let it cool in room temperature and in the meantime prepare the ganache.

Ganache: Heat the cream over a medium heat, add the chocolate and stir until melted. Then pour evenly over the cheesecake and hit the mould a few times on the work surface to avoid bubbles.

Place in the fridge to set for a couple of hours, preferably overnight. Once set, decorate as desired.
