Ingredients:

1 pound pot belly mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and chop them into small pieces.

3. In a bowl, mix together the cheese, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
