Snack in a glass – yoghurt with flakes and fruit

A quick and healthy snack in a jar made from swollen oatmeal, honey and small fruits.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Soak the flakes in water in the evening (2 tablespoons of flakes over about 6 tablespoons of water)
2. In the morning, put the swollen flakes in a jar with a cap, add liquid honey and yoghurt or sour cream

Recommendation:
The flakes can also be lightly fried in a pan with sugar, then do not soak them and omit the honey!
