Smoothie with peanut butter

ingredients

1 cup white yoghurt 3 tbsp peanut butter 1 pk frozen banana 1/4 cup soft oatmeal 1 cup ice 1 KL honey 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Slice frozen banana into smaller rounds

In a blender, blend together the white yogurt, peanut butter, banana, oatmeal, ice cubes and honey.

3.

Pour the hot smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

The drink is ideal for breakfast or a snack.
