Smoothie bowl with orange pear and bananas

The base of this snack menu is a liquid smoothie made from fruit, chia seeds, coconut or grated chocolate and cashew nuts, served with cucumber salad rounds.

Ingredients:

For 4 servings: 2 pcs (300 g) bananas 2 pcs (200 g) pear 100 ml orange juice 8 tbsp (120 g)

td>frozen blueberries 4 tablespoons (32 g) coconut or shaved chocolate 4 tablespoons (32 g) chia seeds 4 tbsp (80 g) cashews lemon juice as desired + top each serving with 1/4 of a cucumber salad

Procedure:

  • Cube the fruit, add a tablespoon of chia seeds and blend nicely in a blender until smooth. Taste. If you think it’s too sweet, you can drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with fruit, nuts and a little shredded coconut or, for the more gluttonous tongues, shaved chocolate (the higher the percentage of cocoa, the healthier).
  • This is a liquid snack, but it’s still wonderfully filling. To make the snack complete, add a piece of salad cucumber to the box.
