Smokey-BBQ Burger

Hellmann’s brings a special edition of barbecue sauces from the four corners of the world. This recipe uses Hellmann’s Australian Sweet Roasted barbecue sauce, which can flavour, for example, minced American burgers.

Procedure:
1. In a bowl, mix ground meat with finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and 40 ml Hellmann`s American Smokey BBQ BBQ sauce, add breadcrumbs, mix well and form 4 burgers
2. Grill for 8 minutes
3. Lightly warm the halved buns on the grill and assemble the burger with tomato slices, cucumbers, shallots and lettuce
4. Add the meat and serve with the remaining Hellmann`s American Smokey BBQ BBQ sauce.
Recommendation:
Grill the burgers for 2 minutes on each side. After that, move them to the lower temperature part of the grill and grill there for another 2-3 minutes for medium-rare burgers, 3-4 minutes for medium or 5-6 minutes for well-done burgers.Recipe for article 8 new barbecue recipes with Hellmann’s special edition barbecue sauces and marinades.
