Savoy cabbage salad is a nice and tasty food. You can do it two ways; in style or comfort.
Ingredients for four
250g of smoked or cold-smoked salmon 500g of potatoes 150g of cherry tomatoes 1 frisee or j&&&3 eggs 1 bunch of dill
Sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 dl cream 1 red onion 1 tbsp running honey or 1 tsp sugar juice of 1/2 lemon (cut the other half of the lemon into wedges and garnish) salt and pepper
Cook the potatoes with their skins in well-salted water until just tender. Pour off the water, cover the pan with a lid and put the potatoes in the pan. Boil the eggs until hard for about 9min and then cook for about 5 minutes.
Cut 10 thin rings from the red onion for garnish (set aside) and chop the rest very finely. Mix the onion and the rest of the sauce ingredients and place in the fridge to season. Chop the dill stalks into small pieces to add to the sauce.
Peel and chop the potatoes, halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the eggs. Tear the lettuce leaves into smaller pieces.
