Smoked Salmon Cake in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for smoked salmon cake in Thermomix, a delicious salty cake soft and light that will be the faithful companion of your appetizers, your appetizers and your picnics, this cake with salmon, ricotta and chives will delight young and old.
Ingredients:
150 g smoked salmon 40 g parmesan 20 g oil 3 eggs 250 g ricotta 200 g flour 1 packet baking powder 1 pinch of salt chives
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Put in the bowl of the thermomix the parmesan then chop 15 seconds at speed 10.
Add the eggs, oil, ricotta, salt, flour and yeast then set 2 minutes at speed 4.
Meanwhile cut the salmon into pieces and chop the chives then add to the bowl and mix for 20 seconds on speed 2 / reverse.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake tin then bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
