Smoked Ribs and Tails

Homemade smoked product made from ribs and tails, prepared by heating in warm water and then smoking.

Ingredients:

spare ribs and tails warm water

Procedure:

1. Warm the ribs and tails in 40-50°C warm water for about 30-40 minutes
2. Then hang them on hooks, let them drain, hang them on sticks and place them in a heated smoker to dry over a bright, smokeless fire
