Smoked pork belly dumpling, cooked in a bag

In the bag cooked dumpling suitable for stewed Vegetable Recipes, for example kale or spinach.

Ingredients:

2 pieces of jam (roll) 1 pk egg 1 dl milk 100 g of cooked smoked pork belly 50 g breadcrumbs 30 g of coarse flour 20 g belly fat or bacon fat 4 tbsp smoked soup (smoked broth) 1 tsp veggie curry or chives water salt sachet to cook the dish

Procedure:

1. Cut the bread into cubes, put in a bowl, pour milk with beaten egg and let stand for about 10 minutes
2. Add breadcrumbs, coarse flour to the bowl and dilute everything with the meat broth, add the finely chopped meat and add the rendered fat from the smoked pork belly or bacon and crackling
3. Season with salt and finely chopped chives (in winter add curry veg instead of chives) and mix everything well
4. Put the prepared dough into a bag, form it into an oblong dumpling shape, roll the rest of the clean bag tightly and tie the dumpling in the bag with two rubber bands
5. Place in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes (put enough water in the pot to be slightly less than the height of the dough in the bag)
6. Remove the cooked dumpling from the bag, slice and serve preferably with steamed Vegetable Recipes.
