Smoked knee with flicks

Ground cooked smoked knee mixed with pasta and eggs.

Ingredients:

300 g of smoked boneless knee 150 g 70 g of bacon 4 pcs of egg 1 pc small onion ground pepper salt water to cook ingredients

Procedure:

1. Cook the bacon cut into small cubes
2. Add finely chopped onion and fry until golden brown
3. Add cooked, drained and drained fritters and cooked smoked knee ground in a meat grinder
