1 pk casserole 40 g butter 40 g plain flour 1 dl milk 80 g carrot 40 g celery 3/4 liter water 1 pk onion 50 g green peas to taste chopped parsley a little nutmeg flower to taste salt

1. Wash the cleaned and gutted casserole, cut into smaller pieces, place in hot water in a pressure cooker, add salt, sliced carrots and parsley. Close the pot and cook on low heat for about 45 min. 2. When the pot is off the heat, make a pale roux from the butter and flour, fry the chopped onion, add the nutmeg on the tip of a knife and pour in the milk. Open the pot, pour in the stirred roux, the tinned peas (put the fresh ones in with the other Vegetable Recipes) and simmer for a few more minutes. 3. Stir in the chopped parsley. Serve with dumplings or steamed rice.
