Recipe preparation steps
1 Place the smoked ribs in a saucepan and cover with water to cover the meat. Add the beans, the spice balls and the bay leaf. Cook until tender. Remove the smoked rib and the spices. In a saucepan, make a whisk with the flour and milk. Stir in the beans, add more milk and cream to make a thick sauce. 2 Peel the ribs (you can add the rest with the mustard), cut them into chunks and add them to the sauce. Season with salt, sugar and vinegar. If the sauce thickens the next day, dilute with milk. 3 Serve with bread. 4 I got this recipe from my mother, who comes from Slovakia.
