Smoke oven buttons

Näyttävä and a delicious snack for parties. It goes very well with a glass of sparkling wine.
Ingredients for 20 snacks
20 rye snacks 1 teaspoon of smoked perch 1/2 cucumber 1 good pinch of ginger 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 handful of dill
5 tablespoons mayonnaise 3-6 drops sesame oil
Sesame mayonnaise
Mix mayonnaise and sesame oil in a bowl. Spoon into a freezer bag (or purée).
Peel the cucumber, fillet out the seeds and cut into small cubes– and into its own bowl.Peel off most of the peel from the ginger, grate it and squeeze the juice over the cucumber using a garlic press. Add the sugar and a couple of spoonfuls of mayonnaise.
Cut off a small corner of the extruder and pour the mayonnaise over the rye. Spoon a little cucumber over the ricotta, then a slice of smoked mayonnaise (you can finger-salt it) and a pinch of mayonnaise. Garnish with chopped dill.
