This recipe, inspired by the heart of Savo, is a tribute to our great region.
Ingredients for four
500g medium sized vendace 1 tbsp sour cream 1 handful of fresh dill 2 pieces of dark breadcrumbs1 lemon 2 tablespoons butter salt and pepper
Rough the dark bread into small crumbs with a knife or a suitable blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Take out and clean the pan.
Add a tablespoon of butter to the pan and make a tight lämpö. Spread the chips evenly in the pan and fry for a couple of minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper and the juice of half a lemon. Smetana myös into the pan and remove the pan from the heat. Heat the pan so that the sour cream evenly covers the mushrooms. Sprinkle the crispy breadcrumbs over the pan.
Garnish the pan with a dill slice and lemon wedges. Lift the sour cream muffins into the pan and place in the pan.
