Smetana terrine

In a baking dish alternately layered Vegetable Recipes covered with seasoned egg cream mixed with grated parmesan cheese, baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

150 g frozen baby carrots 150 g frozen green beans 150 g sterilised peas 150 g sterilised red beans 250 ml cream 70 g 4 pcs eggplant muscadine flower ground white pepper butter coarse flour salt

Procedure:

1. Thaw the frozen baby carrots and green beans, drain the peas and red beans, drain them and grate the Parmesan cheese finely
2. Beat beaten eggs in cream, add salt to taste, season with ground pepper and a pinch of nutmeg 3. In a baking dish greased with butter and dusted with coarse flour, layer the prepared Vegetable Recipes alternately, pour the egg cream over them and bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C for about 60 minutes
