Smakoun with potato gnocchi, niva and peas

Cooked potato gnocchi with cubes of mushroom Shmakoun in a sauce of niva and cooking cream. With peas and blue cheese.

Ingredients:

200 g Oyster mushroom flavoured Shmakouna 150 g shaved pikelet 1 pc small tin of peas in brine 1 pc packet of potato gnocchi 1 pc medium onion 200 ml cooking cream basil pepper oil salt For sprinkling: parmesan

Procedure:

1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions and keep warm
2. Dice the schmakoun, as well as the onion
3. Fry the latter in oil, then fry the Shmakoun and add the cream and grated niva
4. Boil, add the drained peas and season with salt, pepper and basil
