1. Wash, pat dry and cut the meat into large cubes. 2. Prepare a slow cooker (slow cooker, slow cooker) and put the diced beef in it. 3. Progressively add sliced mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and carrots. 4. Add chopped fresh thyme, sliced garlic, salt and pepper. 5. Pour the mushroom broth over the whole mixture and stir. 6. Cook in a slow cooker for 6 hours on low. 7. Serve with gluten-free bread.
