Slovakian strudel wrap recipe
Ingredients
Number of servings: none 300 g plain flour 1 cup sour cream 1 egg 1 pinch of salt Sour milk 70 g soufflé 3 tablespoons plain flour
Method of preparation
1 Make a light spread with the soufflé and flour. Knead the other ingredients into a dough, roll out a smaller layer, about 1 cm thick, and brush with the dressing; do not be afraid of thicker layers, as the dressing soaks into the dough. 2 Then divide it into 3 parts with a knife. Roll out the individual parts and fill with small diced or grated apples. Sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon, and season to taste with grated nuts. Wrap, brush with melted salt (do not use any other fat), brush with egg and bake in a preheated oven until golden.
