Number of servings: n/a number of rolls according to the number of diners (2 per person for us) eidam cheese 30% soft salami, e.g. gothajský has eggs (3 medium sized eggs for 8 rolls)
Recipe steps
1 Slice the rolls, but don’t cut them up (they must remain closed). Carefully pick up the cheese and place a strip of cheese (I prefer 30% cheese because if it is thicker it melts and oozes out) and a strip of salami (full length). This is best done by hand, although it may be uncomfortable for some, but it is definitely the quickest way. Place in hot oil and fry on all sides. 3 Place on paper towels and wrap in them to drain excess fat. Eat while still warm. 4 Slovak muffins, because we had them for breakfast once on holiday.
