Slovak goulash
ingredients
150 g lard 500 g onion 300 g deer meat 300 g beef 400 g pork 3000 g potatoes 200 g green pepper to taste salt to taste ground red pepper to taste ground black pepper to taste cumin
step
1. Fry the chopped onion in the lard. Add red pepper, chopped deer meat, then beef and simmer. 2. Later add pork, season with salt, pepper and cumin. 3. When the meat is almost tender, add the diced potatoes, green peppers and cook together.
