Slovak cabbage soup with smoked knee

Greens from pickled cabbage, potatoes and pieces of boiled smoked meat.

Procedure:
1. Boil the smoked knee for about 20 minutes, then drain the water, add new water and cook until the meat is tender
2. Add the onion, fry it in lard, dust with paprika, pour the broth from the knee
3. Add the potato cubes, pickled sauerkraut and garlic, cook until the cabbage is soft
4. Slice the boneless knee into the finished soup, season the soup with salt to taste
5. Garnish individual portions of hot soup on plates with sour cream.
