Slovak bean soup

ingredients

500 g white beans 30 g salt 20 g ground red pepper 100 g flour 1000 g sour cream 50 g plain flour 50 g sugar 50 g vinegar 10 g chopped dill 20 g garlic 10 g ground black pepper

step

1. Boil the soaked beans the day before in the same water. 2. Make a light roux with the lard and flour, add the finely chopped onion and fry together for a few more minutes. 3. Thicken the soft beans with the roux to which we have added a knife-point of red pepper and ground pepper. 4. Thicken the boiled soup with sour cream, in which we stir the flour. 5. Add sugar, vinegar and finely chopped dill to the weaned soup.
