Slovácký goulash
Country goulash prepared from braised shoulder or leaner pork belly, pork liver, lentils and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Cut the meat and liver into cubes, fry the onion in the lard, add the meat and liver, baste everything and simmer until soft (do not salt, the liver would harden)
2. When the meat is soft, add the lecho, chopped goat horns and sausage, heat for another 5-10 minutes 3. Dust the dish with flour, season with garlic, add red pepper, pepper and salt
