Ingredients:
1 liter of water 2 lemons 2 teaspoons of ginger powder or fresh. 5 mint leaves 30 g honey ( optional)
Preparation:
– Wash the mint leaves and lemons then cut them into quarters.
– Put in the thermomix bowl all the ingredients except the water and mix 10 sec turbo speed, repeat if necessary.
– Pour in the water and blend 30 sec at speed 10.
– Strain your preparation then store in a glass bottle.
Store in the fridge for 5 days.
