Slightly different potato pancakes – Hash browns

ingredients

4 pcs precooked potatoes 1 pk egg 2 tbsp milk powder 1/3 cup flour 1 KL salt 1 KL sugar 1 pinch ground black pepper 1 tbsp softened butter a little oil for frying

procedure

1. Grate the precooked potatoes on a coarse grater. Stir in all the remaining ingredients, always roll the finished mixture between two baking sheets and refrigerate. 2. Then fry them in a frying pan in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
