Slice of bread smeared with butter, topped with an egg

Classic just to remind and inspire. A slice of bread smeared with spreadable butter, or classic butter, topped with a hard-boiled egg, salted, sprinkled with crushed colored pepper, garnished with parsley.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 1 piece large slice of fresh bread 1 piece of egg butter or poamzan butter water pepper salt parsley leaves for garnish

Procedure:

1. Hard boil the eggs, for starters, just put the eggs in cold water and when the water starts to boil, let it bubble for 8-10 minutes, then drain the water and cool the eggs with cold water
2. Brush the bread with butter, garnish with a sliced egg, sprinkle with salt and crushed colored pepper
3. Serve garnished with sprigs of parsley, perhaps with hot tea.
