Slezské smotky

Thin slices of pork leg, rolled into a roll, pressed into patties, fried in lard and finished in broth.

Ingredients:

600 g pork rump 50 g lard 4 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs bouillon cubes 2 tbsp smooth flour water ground black pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the meat into small and very thin slices
2. Roll the rolls in plain flour, press them into pancakes (smotky) and fry them in hot lard until golden brown on both sides
