Škvarenica z valašska

With water, beaten eggs, seasoned with salt and pepper, fried in fried bacon together with cubes of smoked meat, sprinkled with chopped chives or parsley. In Moravian Slovácko, this Easter delicacy, prepared in various variations, was called škvařinka, škvařešina or škvračinka. In Wallachia it was called škvarenica, in Slovácko praženica and in Bohemia škvar.

1. Crack 8 eggs into a large pot, add 1 tablespoon of water, pepper and salt, stir everything with a fork
2. Pour the eggs over the pan and stir until the eggs thicken and form larger pieces
4. Serve the crackling immediately, preferably with fresh bread.
Recommendation:
Squash is often set with cubes of fried bread.
