Cubed and diced potatoes cooked in one pot, seasoned with cumin, salt, grated garlic, a knob of butter and chopped parsley.

Ingredients:

100 g of grits 5 pcs of potatoes 2 pcs garlic cloves 1,5 l water 1 tbsp butter parsley parsley cumin salt

Procedure:

1. Peel the potatoes and garlic cloves, cut the potatoes into cubes and mash the garlic
2. Take the groats and rinse several times with warm water
3. Finally, add a spoonful of butter to the soup, season with grated garlic, chopped parsley and serve.
