Skalická bramboračka

Try this recipe for tasty potato soup from Slovácko. It’s a white soup thickened with roux with potatoes and mushrooms. The soup has a spicy creamy and sour taste.

Ingredients:

1 l bone broth 4 pcs medium sized potatoes 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 piece piece of celery 1 piece carrots 1 pc onion 250 g mushrooms in sweet and sour brine 200 g cooking cream smooth flour majorana lard pepper salt

Procedure:

  • Fry onion in lard, dust with flour, make a roux, add broth, stir, let cook
  • Add sliced potatoes, carrots, celery, pour in mushrooms and brine, salt and pepper, cook until Vegetable Recipes and potatoes are soft
  • Add grated garlic, marjoram, add cream, cook for 5 minutes
  • Pour the soup into plates and serve with bread or bread.
