Sizzling meatballs

After the festive season, bowls and bags are always full of crisps. They can be used to make delicious crispy meatballs. You don’t even have to season the mince with a mill, because the crumbles do the seasoning. A delicious dip tops the meal. Needless to say, it’s a treat for the kids.
Ingredients for four
400g minced beef and pork 100g breadcrumbs 1 egg 1 tablespoon of cooking oilp>Dip
2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp ketchup
Check that the crisps are quite small. Doesn’t have to be breadcrumbs, but lähellä. Crushing in a bag or using a shredder will do the job nicely.
Break an egg into a bowl and mix the crumbled chips peräääjätä a handful to coat the meatballs. Allow to soak for a moment.
Cut the minced meat into small pieces and knead into the dough. Leave to rise for 15 minutes.
Put the food in a pan and cut in half. Fry small meatballs and pat a layer of crumbled chips on top.
Fry the chips in the pan until cooked and serve with the dip.
