Šiškvárky with fudge

Doughnuts made of yeast dough filled with flavored fudge filling, fried until golden brown.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Sift the semi-coarse flour into a bowl, make a well in the middle, pour in the crumbled yeast, sprinkle in a teaspoon of sugar and pour in half the lukewarm milk, then leave the leaven in a warm place
2. Then add the remaining icing sugar and milk, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, finely grated lemon zest, rum, a pinch of salt, melted lukewarm fat and make a soft dough, which you leave in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour
4. Divide the risen dough into small pieces, stretch each of them into a patty, put a teaspoon of coating in the middle, wrap it in a roll, spread it on a floured roll and leave it to rise for another 15 minutes
5. Then, in a pan in enough heated oil, slowly fry the rolls on all sides until golden brown and let them drain on a paper towel, before serving, dust with icing sugar.
