Sirloin Pompadour Slices

One of the variations of sirloin steak preparation.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 8 pcs tenderloin cuts 8 pcs ham slices 12 pcs of smaller mushrooms ground pepper ketchup oil salt

Procedure:

1. 2. About 3 days before cooking, gently pat the slices, pepper them, wrap them with thread around the perimeter so that they have their original shape, brush them with oil and let them sit
3. Wash the mushrooms, cut them in half and fry them in a little oil, then salt and pepper them and keep them warm
4. Fry the ham slices briefly in oil and add to the mushrooms
5. Before serving, sear the meat on both sides under the grill or in hot oil in a frying pan, season with salt, remove the threads, drizzle with tomato ketchup and garnish with the seared ham slices and roasted mushrooms
