Simple vegan grape dessert with only two ingredients:
1.
First, juice about 1 kg of grapes. We need 500 ml of juice (you can also use grape juice).
2.
Split the juice in half. Pour one half into a saucepan, add 80 g of cornstarch to the other half of the juice and stir well.
3.
Heat the juice in the pot, add the purple food color (optional) and the other part of the juice mixed with cornstarch. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, simmer a bit and set aside.
4.
Pour the mixture into any shape mold or jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

I recommend serving with crushed caramel biscuits (Lotus Biscoff), salted caramel sauce and caramelized walnuts. Enjoy 🙂
