Simple spinach soup

ingredients

1 liter beef broth 40 g lard 40 g onion 60 g plain flour 1 packet frozen spinach 1/8 liter milk 20 g butter to taste salt, garlic pepper

Fry the onion in the lard, add the flour and fry together. Pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Then add the spinach. Season with garlic, pepper and salt. Bring everything to the boil. Finally, season with milk and butter.
