Simple spaghetti
ingredients
pcs olive oil pcs leek pcs small zucchini pcs salt pcs black ground pepper 2 cloves garlic pcs fresh parsley 1 packet whole wheat spaghetti, or classic pcs smoked salmon

This is my heart’s favorite, quick, healthy, easy 🙂 just drain the spaghetti, saute the veggies and add the smoked salmon at the end.

I saute about half of the leeks in olive oil, cut the zucchini into REALLY small cubes, add salt, pepper, two crushed garlic, let it simmer for a while and add fresh parsley at the end.

If you want, you can add chili pepper. Serve on a plate and at the very end, slice the smoked salmon.
