Simple Shrimp Curry

Shrimp served with a spicy sauce of onions, chili peppers, coconut milk, curry paste and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add peeled, finely chopped onion, peeled, thinly sliced garlic cloves, half of the cleaned, sliced chillies and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
2. Then add the curry paste and after another minute add the tomato puree, vegetable stock, coconut milk and let it bubble for 10 minutes
3. Finally, add the prawns, cook for 3 minutes, sprinkle the remaining chilli, fresh coriander and serve.
Recommendation:
Serve with rice.
