Simple potato soup
ingredients
600 g potatoes 3 pcs bay leaves 1 pk whipping cream 5 pcs whole black pepper 2 tbsp plain flour 1/2 tsp ground red pepper 1/2 pk lemon juice 1 tbsp sugar to taste salt to taste ground black pepper to taste dill

A hearty dinner or lunch that will feed the whole family. We all adore potato soup!
1.
Clean the potatoes and boil them in salted water along with bay leaves and whole black peppercorns.

When the potatoes are cooked add the cream in which you have mixed the plain flour to thicken and the ground red pepper.
3.
Season with lemon juice (or vinegar), a little bit of vinegar (you don’t have to), or, if you like, a little bit of dill.
4.
Simmer briefly and serve with meatloaf, meatballs, or an egg.
