Simple omelette with cheddar cheese

5 pcs eggs pcs black pepper pcs cumin pcs butter 230 g cheddar cheese

Very simple melet suitable at any time of the day 🙂
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add pepper and cumin to taste. Whisk with a fork until the egg white and yolk are combined. 2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and then pour in the egg mixture. 3. While cooking, gently use a fork or other utensil to separate the edges so that the omelette does not stick completely. 4. When it starts to cook, but is still raw, add a large handful of cheddar cheese. 5. Then fold the omelette in half. Serve.
