1 can mushrooms in oil 2 pcs potato 2 pcs carrot 1 handful frozen peas pcs salt pcs black pepper 1 liter mushroom broth 2 cloves garlic pcs parsley

A soup that warms up not just for lunch on winter days.

Place the mushrooms in oil in a pot and sauté for a while.

Add diced potatoes, sliced carrots and a handful of frozen peas. Mix everything together and sauté for a while.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Then pour in the mushroom broth and bring to a boil.
5.
Simmer under a lid on low heat for 15 minutes, or until the Vegetable Recipes are tender.
6.
Squeeze in the garlic cloves and add the finely chopped parsley.
7.
Stop, do not cook anymore.
8.
Let rest under the lid for 10 minutes to combine the flavours.
9.
Serve.
