Simple Mexican Soup

Soup prepared with tomatoes, onions, butter, plain flour, broth and spices, served with freshly grated horseradish.

Ingredients:

3 pcs of onions 250 g of tomatoes 60 g butter 750 ml bone broth 1 tbsp smooth flour horseradish pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Peel the onion, cut into rounds and then cut into rings
2. Wash the tomatoes, cut a cross on the top, scald with boiling water, peel and cut into small pieces
3. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the onion, fry until golden brown, then dust with flour, fry and pour in the broth, add salt and pepper and add the chopped tomatoes, cook for 25 minutes
4. Finally, blend the soup with an immersion blender
5. Serve the soup sprinkled with finely grated fresh horseradish.
