Simple cooked glaze recipe

Ingredients
Servings: n/a 100 g butter 100 g icing sugar 20 g cocoa 2 tablespoons cocoa powder or chocolate pudding 3 tablespoons milk approx.
Recipe preparation
1 In a saucepan, over a low heat, stir together the butter, milk, sugar, cocoa and icing powder (a spoon). Allow everything to boil briefly and use the icing as desired. Add milk to the desired thickness. If the icing is thick, it can be thinned and stirred again. 2 The icing can be poured almost immediately over dry cakes, muffins and biscuits and can be sprinkled with coconut, nuts, etc. For cream cakes, add the icing only slightly lukewarm to prevent the cream from melting. 3 The icing is glossy, softer and creamier, so it does not stick. If slightly thinned, it can be used for cakes, and if still slightly thinned, it is suitable, for example, for buns with ‘spikes’.
