6 pcs eggs 1 pinch salt 220 g granulated sugar 120 ml oil 120 ml lukewarm water 300 g plain flour 1 packet baking powder
Pudding cream:
800 ml milk 2 packets caramel pudding 6 tbsp granulated sugar 250 g soft cottage cheese 3 tbsp strong coffee chocolate rice for sprinkling

Thanks to the light sponge cake shell and the luscious cottage cheese-pudding cream, you will surely feel like in heaven.

Corpus: Beat the egg whites and salt into stiff peaks. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy and progressively whisk in the oil and lukewarm water.

Then sift the plain flour and baking powder into the mixture, stir and finally just lightly fold in the egg white.

Place the dough on a large baking tray with a higher rim, which has been lined with baking paper. Smooth the dough and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes. Let the crust cool completely.

Meanwhile, prepare the pudding cream.
Whisk the curd and coffee into the hot pudding.

Spread the resulting custard evenly over the cake and leave to set in the fridge until the next day.
7.
Before slicing and serving, sprinkle the dessert with chocolate rice.
