Number of servings: n/a Dough 5 eggs 120 g of sugar semolina 50 g cappuccino to taste: classic, chocolate,… 3 tbsp icing sugar to taste, about 1 piece of whipped cream stiffener , only if the cream is less than 33% fat
Procedure
1 Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl until foamy. Add the cappuccino, oil and water and mix. Add the flour and baking powder, stir and finally lightly fold in the stiff egg white. Pour the batter into the baking dish, spread it evenly and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown and bake for about 15-20 minutes, checking with a skewer. Cool and refrigerate, preferably overnight. 3 Cream: whip the cream with the sugar and the cappuccino or even the thickener until almost stiff.
