Simple bublanina with rhubarb

Delicious bublanina with sour rhubarb.

Blend 2 eggs with vanilla sugar and 1 cup granulated sugar. Add 1 cup of milk and half a cup of oil. Stir and add 1 cup of semi-coarse flour mixed with baking powder. Stir . And add one more cup of semi-coarse flour.

Mix everything together well, pour on a baking sheet with baking paper. Prepare the rhubarb – clean the stem, clean the strawberries and cherries and cut them into smaller cubes. Put the icing sugar in a bowl and dip the fruit into it, then put it into the batter.
