Simple baked pork biscuits

When I start pulling pork , there is usually a thin cold. This is a great recipe for grilling pork. Serve these biscuits for dinner with sausage and chips. They make a great snack or lunch with a bowl of soup or salad.

You can also use leftover chicken or shredded beef in this recipe. Check out these creative ways to use more roast pork ideas.

If you don’t have any leftover pork, no problem! Perfectly cooked pork is on the grill at your neighborhood grocery store. I usually have a package in my fridge or freezer for quick meals.

What you’ll need

1/4 to 1/3 cup barbecue sauce 1 package frozen biscuits (1 tube, biscuits) 3/4 cup shredded pork (leftovers) 10 slices potato chips 10 thin slices tomatoes (romaine) 1/4 cup red onion (or sweet onion, finely chopped) 1/2 cup Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend (shredded)

How to make it

Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly spray baked buns with cooking spray or grease them lightly. Set the biscuits down slightly and press the bottom and top of the muffin tin. Put about 1/2 teaspoon of barbecue sauce in each dish and then place about 1-1 1/2 tablespoons of pulled pork. Top the pulled pork with a thin slice of tomato and a dill pickle. Sprinkle with finely chopped onion and then pull the chopped cheese over the dish. Bake for 12-14 minutes until lightly browned.
