Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, beat the fat with the egg yolk
2. Add the flour and milk alternately, add the baking powder
3. Make the egg white snow by beating the 2 egg whites (without yolks!) with a whisk 4. Stir the snow from the egg whites into the runny porridge and sprinkle in the rest of the flour
5. Pour the batter into the hot pan with the fat and bake on both sides
6. Spray the candle with a little water and leave it in the pan for a while to increase in volume
7. Once cooled, cut the candle into cubes and add to the soup.
Recommendation:
– You can add 100-200 g of English bacon fried in fat to the svítek. – You can also add 100-200 g of sliced Vegetable Recipes (cauliflower, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, peas…), add the Vegetable Recipes before stirring in the egg white snow.
