Silk is a lifesaver for those on a low-carb or gluten-free diet. This recipe does not contain any eggs, so the rice stays good for longer. Make a big batch at once.

Ingredients for the bun

1 dl sesame seeds; 2 dl sunflower seeds; 0,5 dl flaxseed meal 2 tbsp soya flour 2 dl water 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt

Mix the dry ingredients together. Bring the water to the boil and stir it into the seed mixture. Let the dough rise for a while.

Once the water has been absorbed evenly, add a splash of olive oil and mix thoroughly.

Place a sheet of baking paper on the baking tray and spread the dough evenly over the surface. Make enough to make a baking tray. The dough should not be too thick because then the semen will be soft. On the other hand, do not cook too thinly because then the semen will burn.

Bake the semen in the middle of the oven at 150C for about 45 minutes. After the oven, allow it to rest under a baking sheet for a couple of hours, during which time it will crisp up. It keeps well for a long time.
